Traveling west on Hwy 278:
Take William Hilton Parkway (Hwy 278) west. Just past the Indigo Run and Hilton Head Plantation entrances, take a left turn into Festival Centre. Take a left at the stop sign and and immediate right. Carolina Cigars is between Publix and Blockbuster.
Traveling east from Mainland:
Take William Hilton Parkway (Hwy 278) east. Remain on William Hilton Parkway – Festival Centre is about 1 mile past the Cross Island Expressway exit, on the right hand side. Go left at the stop sign and then an immediate right. Carolina Cigars is between Publix and Blockbuster.
